One of the few towns on the eastcoast of Myaasia.

It is a walled town of about 15000 inhabitants with most being common men(95%) .

It is lead by a Baron Bogardis who also controls vast tracks of farmland around it, making his controlled area much larger than some kingdoms, though quite poor.

Carse is theoretically part of the Central Kingdom as the orginal land grant came from the king. In practical matters the fact that the distance to next part of the kingdom is more than 1000 miles makes it independent.
