Young people are usually level 1 or 2 and then gain slowly XP without adventuring, peaking at level 3 or 4.

They are the competent people who have had more than their fair share of dangers.

These are the people like the old sergeant of the guard etc, but most of this level people are or used to be adventurers.

These people are noteworthy, and well known at least in the area.

They are normally long term adventurers or retired adventurers, as getting this level of xp if hard without many adventures.

These are great heroes, rarely met.

They are adventurers who are well known in wide area.
