Många spell casters som har patrons får extra spells baserat på optionerna utöver dom som finns i php och en del av beskrivningarna är lite olika.

Patrons är:

• Life: Använder Archfey saker utom spells nedan
• Unlife: Använder Archfey saker utom spells nedan
• Fiend: normal utom spells nedan

Spells: får samma spells som in php och följande extra:

• Level 1
  • Life: Touch of life
  • Unlife: Touch of unlife
  • Fiend: Touch of corruption
• Level 3
  • Life: Fount of life
  • Unlife: Fount of unlife
  • Fiend: Defile area
